Sam revealed his major decision on his Staying Relevant podcast with BFF and former Towie star Pete Wicks when the pair were chatting about things worth spending money on. Earlier this year, Sam was back in the medical ward for his vocal chord operation. At the time, he shared a selfie to Instagram and wrote an emotional message in which he admitted: “I know it sounds crazy but the last three days was super tough.
