Nothing, for founding practices. The Core tier is free forever for practices that sign up from this page. Paid tiers (richer analytics, enhanced lead routing, sponsored placement) will launch after we hit 100 active practices — and you'll be grandfathered at any lower tier you want to stay on.
Profile pages ship in Q3 of this year. We're onboarding founding practices in waves — we'll email you with a personal intake link when your batch opens.

Today, KhanList only handles public marketing information (your practice name, services, location, and publicly posted reviews). No protected health information (PHI) is ever transmitted or stored on our platform in Phase 0. If and when we add features that touch PHI (intake forms with patient health data, scheduling integrations), we'll stand up the full HIPAA controls first — BAAs, audit, and attestation — and we'll be explicit about which features require them.
