Free 5,000 American Airlines Miles For AT&T Customers (Hurry, Limited To The First 65,000 Customers)

Current AT&T customers receive 5,000 American Airlines AAdvantage miles just for linking their AT&T and AAdvantage accounts. The full mileage is available to the first 65,000 customers who link their accounts. After that, the offer drops to 2,500 miles. If you have an AT&T postpaid wireless, fiber, or internet air account you’re eligible Prepaid, Cricket Wireless, and AT&T OneConnect accounts aren’t eligible. Names on the AAdvantage and AT&T accounts have to match. AT&T pays American Airlines quite a lot for access to customers. They are the ‘sponsor’ of onboard wifi for AAdvantage members, though in reality Citibank is the sponsor since American is feeding the top of the AAdvantage enrollment funnel in order to market credit cards to customers – the first step is getting pasengers to sign up for the program. I’ve had AT&T service for years, so while this may mean some additional marketing it’s free miles and you can always unlink your account later if you wish. (HT: robb) Topics on this page
