After earning her BA in Film Studies, she began her career as an entertainment writer, contributing to several publications before joining ScreenRant. Her dissertation on the impact of streaming on traditional cinema sharpened her focus on the ever-evolving world of film and media. Disney+ is introducing a controversial change. As per an email sent out to subscribers, Disney+ has confirmed that ad changes are expected for subscribers on all tiers, including ad-free subscriptions. It appears UK subscribers are receiving the email with some U.S. terms and conditions yet to be updated with the information, although it's unclear when or if these changes will be implemented. The email states: "We've clarified that all Service Plans may include: (i) promotional content, (ii) sponsorships, and (iii) advertisements before/after playback of Content and in channels, live/as-live, special events, and any third-party services content." More to come...
