TRISTAN Tate once raped a woman at his mother’s house in Luton, US prosecutors have alleged. The details were revealed by US prosecutors who are seeking to keep Tristan, 38, and Andrew, 39, in custody after they were arrested in Miami on an extradition warrant from the UK. Last week, the Crown Prosecution Service authorised multiple new charges against the self-proclaimed misogynists, including rape, sexual assault and other offences. They are on top of the 11 counts against Andrew and 10 against Tristan. Andrew and Tristan were raised by their mother, Eileen, a former school kitchen assistant, after their parents separated when they were children. Tristan was “very angry” during the alleged rape at his mother’s home and the complainant was “scared”, according to the documents. The filing states: “He made her choose a number between 1 and 10 and began to hit her with the folded section of a belt on her buttocks and the back of her legs.” It alleges that she screamed for him to stop, but he carried on anyway. The woman described the pain as excruciating and led to serious bruising. A spokesperson for Tristan Tate said: “These allegations are categorically denied. Tristan Tate has consistently denied any allegation of criminal wrongdoing and will continue to do so.” US prosecutors argue the brothers present a significant flight risk and could seek to evade extradition, including by using their reported $50million (£37.5m) superyacht. Tristan Tate had demonstrated a “defiant unwillingness to participate in judicial proceedings in the United Kingdom“, the document states. Prosecutors claimed Tristan was a “danger to the community” and so should be denied bail. It comes after Andrew was accused of possessing indecent child imagery and extreme porn as part of 32 fresh charges laid against him. The brothers will remain in custody in Florida until their next court hearing on July 27. They have repeatedly denied any wrongdoing. The Tates were born in the US before moving to Luton as children.
