Its multi-level mapping feature can save up to three floor plans, making it useful for shoppers who live in a multistory house.Through the Lefant app, users can schedule cleanings, select individual rooms, establish no-go zones and customize the cleaning plan. It also supports voice commands through Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.The robot’s 190-degree obstacle-avoidance system helps it recognize furniture, pet bowls, cords and other objects that may be in its path. Its slim design also allows it to clean beneath some beds, sofas and other low furniture.How long can it clean on one charge?A 3,200-mAh battery provides up to 140 minutes of runtime, giving the robot enough power to cover as much as 1,500 square feet before it needs to recharge. It can automatically return to its base when the battery runs low.The vacuum also recognizes carpet and increases its suction power automatically for a deeper clean. It can cross thresholds up to 16 millimeters high, helping it move between different flooring types without assistance.How does the self-emptying base work?Once a cleaning cycle ends, the Lefant M2 Pro returns to its base and transfers collected dirt into a sealed dust bag. Each bag can hold up to 90 days of debris, although the exact time between replacements will depend on the size of the home, how frequently the vacuum runs and how much dirt it collects.The package includes two dust bags, so shoppers can start using the self-emptying feature without immediately ordering replacements.
