Ukraine Strikes Russian Rocket Propellant Plant in Rostov Region

Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the federal state-owned enterprise Kombinat Kamensky in Russia’s Rostov region overnight on Aug. 23-24, Ukraine’s General Staff reported on Telegram.“Overnight on Aug. 24, 2026, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the federal state-owned enterprise Kombinat Kamensky in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Rostov region, Russian Federation.
