A Saratoga County jury convicted Michael A. Bertone on all three aggravated family offense counts, according to District Attorney Brett Eby. Prosecutors said Bertone had previously threatened the victim by telephone, leading her to get an order of protection, then knowingly violated that order by going to her home and harassing her.
