Ethan Beaney, Joshua Fennessy, Arthur Hicks, Dre Mitchell, and Jamie Walker have now been sentenced at Maidstone Crown Court. Officers were called to the nightclub in the early hours to reports of “violent disorder”. Three of the group had been arrested after the incident with the remaining two arrested the following day. Two of the group – Fenessy and Walker – were also convicted of possessing a Class B drug and sentenced to a further 21 days. The Crown Prosecution Service posted the dramatic footage online of the moment the group “besieged” the venue. “The group assaulted the staff after Hicks was denied entry and forcibly removed from the club,” they said. “Members of staff sustained injuries and total damages to the venue amounted to more than £2,000. “The charges they were convicted of include affray, criminal damage and possession of a controlled drug.” Comment now
