In Panganiban town, Camarines Norte, suspects identified as “Batoy” and “Sonny”—both residents of Albay province—were arrested after selling a sachet of shabu to an undercover agent at 8:50 p.m. The operatives recovered P10,200 worth of shabu during the operation. Col. Noel Nunez, chief of the Albay police, said in a report on Sunday that the suspect, tagged as a high-value drug personality, sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover agent in Barangay (village) Malabog at 3:11 p.m. During the body search, they recovered 14 sachets containing 70 grams of shabu worth P481,440, a caliber .22 gun, and five bullets.
