Another person was killed in the occupied part of the Kherson region, Moscow said.Authorities in Russia's border Belgorod region said one person was killed by a Ukrainian drone in the village of Smorodino.The attacks came a day after Moscow said a Ukrainian strike on an occupied town on the Azov Sea killed 12 people.U.S.-led talks on ending fighting have stalled.
