Israeli media reported that he was stabbed while in a Range Rover.The victim is conscious and is being treated by first responders attached to the IDF, Rescuers Without Borders (Hatzalah Without Borders) said, adding that the victim will be evacuated to the Rabin Medical Center-Beilinson Campus in Petah Tikva."We were led to a farm where we found a young man, about 19 years old, conscious, suffering from stab wounds to the head, neck, and limbs," said Rescuers Without Borders Magen David Adom medics Aviel Mamelia and Neria Giat. "In cooperation with an IDF medical force and together with other medics and paramedics who arrived at the scene, we provided the injured man with initial medical treatment, including stopping the bleeding, bandaging, and immobilization."They added that he is being transported to Beilinson's trauma unit in a military ambulance.Ambulances responding to terror attack, September 7 2026. (credit: MDA)IDF, police launch manhunt for terroristThe IDF and Israel Police are responding to the incident and have launched a manhunt for the terrorist, imposing a blockade on the surrounding villages.The military's elite undercover Duvdevan Unit, Nahal Brigade, and Unit 636 of the Combat Intelligence Collection Corps are among the forces dispatched to search for the terrorist."[This is] a very serious attack," Samaria Council Head Yossi Dagan said. "I expect a full-scale operation in the area to go door-to-door and collect weapons, to crush the infrastructure of the supporters of terrorism.""I am strengthening the hands of IDF soldiers and IDF command and praying for the recovery of the wounded," he said, adding that he is in contact with security officials on the ground and receiving updates from the field."I demand that all roads in the area be closed immediately, that the terrorist be captured, and that everyone who helped him be held accountable. The settlements in Samaria and all of Israel will not surrender to terrorism.
