The carriage crashed into a tree at the side of the road, throwing several passengers from the vehicle. A 73-year-old woman suffered severe injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Twelve other passengers were injured and rushed to hospital by three helicopters and four ambulances. A police investigation is now ongoing to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the incident.
