(“TechForce Advanced Manufacturing”), a Nevada corporation established to pursue a strategic advanced-manufacturing partnership with JUN LONG MACHINE INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. (“JUN LONG”). TechForce Advanced Manufacturing is preparing additional manufacturing capacity, suppliers, engineering support and customer-integration resources to address near-term demand.JUN LONG currently holds purchase orders from key customers, representing existing demand that TechForce Advanced Manufacturing expects to begin fulfilling upon completion of the definitive agreement. This order backlog supports the Company’s target of commencing production and generating initial revenue in calendar Q4 2026, subject to completion of the definitive agreement, customer orders and applicable qualification requirements.
