New on Hulu and Disney+ in August 2026: All the new shows and movies to watch

And with the arrival of a new month comes a fresh wave of film titles and television shows to the industry's top streaming services. And as two of the biggest names in the streaming game, both Hulu and Disney+ will unsurprisingly welcome a hot batch of buzzy and brilliant new shows and movies to their already extensive selections this month.Over on Disney+, August sees the very long-awaited (we're talking more than 15 years, ya'll) arrival of a new "Camp Rock" movie for the kiddos and the kids at heart. (Episodes will then be released one-at-a-time every subsequent Monday.)
