Motorcyclist says he was slapped during road rage incident in Gates Mills
A motorcyclist reported Sept. 18 that he was tailgated by a motorist who got out of his car at a red light and yelled at him and slapped him on the neck. He said the vehicle drove off from the intersection of Mayfield and Chagrin River roads, but he had taken a photo of its license plate.
