‘Most sadistic’ babysitter, 26, who raped and filmed abuse of two babies aged under 2 is jailed for life

A VILE babysitter who sexually assaulted two toddlers and recorded the abuse on her phone has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Molly Elisabeth Duncan, 26, from Beachwood, had been working as a nanny in Northeast Ohio for the victims’ families between November 2023 and July 2024. Both victims were under the age of two. She then shared the videos with other sexual deviants interested in minors on social media. Forensic examinations of Duncan’s electronic devices revealed explicit files relating to both victims. Regarding the Portage County victim, Judge Laurie Pittman handed the babysitter four consecutive life sentences without the possibility of parole on July 24, effectively placing her behind bars until the days she dies. She was found guilty of four counts of first-degree rape as well as several other charges. Every day is now measured by how well she is coping.” Days before, Judge Pamela A. Barker sentenced her to 70 years behind bars on July 22 for the abuse of the Geauga County victim – as well as 25 years of supervised release after prison. Duncan pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual exploitation of minors, the distribution of sexually explicit content depicting children and the possession of child pornography in April. She was also ordered to pay $20,000 toward the Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act, which imposes fines on convicted sex offenders to fund law enforcement. Duncan was also required to pay $8,000 towards Amy, Vicky and Andy Child Pornography Assistance Act, which provides monetary assistance for victims of child abuse.
