Sainsbury’s is offering the perk to members throughout the bank holiday weekend, with the deal running until Monday, August 31. Sign up for the Money newsletter Thank you! The retailer previously revealed that the offer will be the “first of four consecutive weekend Nectar Prices events running through late August and September”. Richard Crampton, Commercial Director, Fresh and Convenience at Sainsbury’s, said: “We know customers are looking for great value without compromising on the quality of the food they bring home. “That’s why we’re offering half-price Nectar Prices on selected fruit and vegetables, making it easier to put fresh, nutritious food on the table over the Bank Holiday weekend and beyond.” All items included in the promotion will enjoy these reduced prices when using a Nectar card. Customers are advised that the offer will be available in select Sainsbury’s supermarkets and online. These include 100% British Sweetcorn Single Cob at 35p and Taste the Difference Red Sweet Pointed Pepper at 37p.
