INQUIRER FILES TUGUEGARAO CITY – A 39-year-old lineman was declared a “line warrior” for his service after dying from electrocution while repairing a power cable during line upgrading work in this city on July 20. Micheal Fernandez, 39, of the Cagayan Electric Cooperative, Inc. (CAGELCO I) stationed in Solana, Cagayan was killed near the Tuguegarao City Islamic Muslim Association Inc. building in Centro 10 village. The electric jolt was so strong it threw Fernandez off the elevated bucket he was using to reach up the electric post.
