The Revenue Minister has convened a meeting of District Collectors at 11 a.m. NDRF, police, and others are prepared to handle any situation, said the Chief Minister.In the wake of heavy overnight rains triggered by a slow-moving, well-marked low-pressure system over central India, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) upgraded the rain alert for Kerala.
