Katie Price has revealed her driving ban is finally being lifted, after she was barred from the roads for a seventh time.The ex glamour model's latest six month disqualification came after she ignored police letters about an 80mph speeding ticket, but she has now said it 'won't be long' until she gets her licence back.Katie gushed that she is already planning to get back on the road, but confessed it will be a challenge getting insurance for her 'flash' cars.The star had previously shared plans to get an International Drivers Licence while with her then-husband Lee Andrews in Dubai, but she has since split from the conman discovering 'he had just £2.22 in his account,' despite claiming to be a millionaire'.Katie claimed that a 'third party' said she shouldn't have been driving under medical grounds, but has been assured this is not the case after being checked over by doctors.Katie said: 'Not long until I get my driving licence!' Golf buggy, I don't care, quad bike, whatever is the cheapest insurance, or whatever they can get me in, I can't wait. A moped?! Anything, just get me on that road.'I don't care what car I have. You know I'm a petrol head, you know I love my flash cars, but again, I know that I just have to have what I can have and that's it because no one will insure me.'I don't care, I just want to go from A to B; shopping, sunbed, nails, hair, and visit mum.'Katie was first banned for six months in December 2010 after admitting a speeding charge, she was disqualified for a year in 2012 after failing to respond to speeding tickets, and she received another six-month ban in February 2018 after being caught speeding.In January 2019, she was in court again to admit driving while disqualified, leading to a three-month ban.And just a month later, she was convicted of being drunk in charge of a vehicle when police witnessed her car veer off the road and hit a grass verge. The ex glamour model's latest six month disqualification came after she ignored police letters about an 80mph speeding ticket (pictured in a pink Range Rover)Katie claimed that a mystery man had been at the wheel and left the scene before officers arrived, but a judge concluded her evidence was 'not plausible'.Later in 2019, Katie was convicted of failing to disclose the name of the driver following a car crash, which led to her receiving an 18-month road ban.And in 2021, a judge condemned Katie for 'one of the worst driving records I have ever seen', as she was given a 16-week suspended prison sentence for drink-driving while disqualified and without insurance.Katie had flipped her car and told police at the scene: 'I took drugs, I should not be driving, I admit it all.'The incident landed her with a two-year driving ban, as well as 100 hours of community service and up to 30 rehabilitation sessions.Finally, in 2024, Katie was fined £880 for driving without a licence and insurance in Northamptonshire, but she was spared a ban for those offences.Katie appeared on Good Morning Britain last week, where she confirmed her marriage to Lee Andrews is over. The television personality parted ways from her conman husband of eight months in early September after discovering 'he had just £2.22 in his account, despite claiming to be a millionaire'. She has since consulted a divorce lawyer, while Lee remains in prison in Dubai and delivered a voice note from behind bars saying the split is 'for the best'.Katie told hosts Susanna Reid and Ed Balls: 'I feel embarrassed because I feel he scammed my heart. Do you know what I mean?'I feel like he scammed my heart and stole my trust that I had and me defending a man constantly because he made me believe that, "Kate, come on, you know I'm not like this."'She added: 'He hasn't scammed me for money, but I feel he has scammed me because he fabricated a person that doesn't exist.'At the beginning of the segment, they also played Lee's voice note from prison as he admitted: 'Divorce is for the best.'He said: 'I never throw Kate under the bus. I do feel that that's happened to me, and it looks like there's profit to be made from her side. 'And obviously, some things have happened recently while I've been in civil jail. I'm not being convicted of any crimes, nor am I a criminal. Lee then claimed that he has 'funds' and Katie was 'exposing the wrong amount in a wrong wallet' and that personal finances should be 'between husband and wife'. Ending the voice note, he said 'as far as filing divorce, I think that's probably the best thing for it... I love Kate and always will.'
