Bayern Munich chief Max Eberl was quizzed about Musiala’s condition after the game. He said the club were “aware of the situation” and that Musiala would “speak up about it” soon. Eberl said: “We knew about it and we are aware of the situation. “You’ll find out. Jamal will speak up about it in the foreseeable future. “Jamal will speak out. The playmaker looked disorientated in the 83rd minute of the game, just moments after scoring to make it 3-1. He appeared unsteady on his feet and held his arms out while on his way to the ground. Team-mate Ismael Saibari had to sprint over to catch him before he fell as medics ran to his aid. He made a quick recovery as team doctors gave the thumbs up to signal he was OK. Musiala was then helped off the pitch as fans chanted his name from the stands. It comes after a difficult time for the player, who suffered a horror leg break during last year’s pre-season.
