ITV commentator reveals he makes his own TOOTHPASTE after eating habits divided fans at World Cup

ANDROS TOWNSEND’S has stunned fans after revealing he makes his own TOOTHPASTE. The former England and Tottenham Hotspur star revealed that he has taken charge of his own tooth care on social media. Among the ingredients was indian healing clay and unrefined virgincoconut oil. Townsend admitted in the post that he has been doing it for a couple of years since suffering an anterior cruciate ligament injury. The winger ruptured his ACL in March 2022 while playing for Everton against Crystal Palace in an FA Cup match. He was sidelined for 14 months and needed surgery. Townsend has since credited his recovery with specialised nutrition and stem cell therapy in Panama. He captioned the post: “A few years ago I was just trying to recover from an ACL injury to play football again. Ingredients led to labels. Labels led to questioning everything. “Somewhere along the way I became the guy who makes his own toothpaste. Not complaining though.” Fans have been left divided by Townsend’s revelation as they reacted in the comment section.
