Israeli cybersecurity firm reaches deal with US giant over sharing technology, systems

ByTOBIAS HOLCMANJULY 24, 2026 11:50Israeli cybersecurity firm Pentera announced on Wednesday a deal with Recorded Future to integrate their technologies, with a demonstration expected at the Black Hat 2026 conference.Recorded Future, one of the world’s largest threat intelligence companies, will allow Pantera to use its platform to showcase its artificial intelligence system to validate threats in real time.Called Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), it integrates Recorded Future’s capacity to detect threats with Pantera’s system to validate them, offering a “single autonomous operational flow in alignment.”The new system will be showcased on August 6 in Las Vegas, during Black Hat 2026’s panel on “Threat Intel Just Got Teeth: TLPT Goes Live.”“This partnership connects threat intelligence and security validation in a way the market has been missing,” said Amitai Ratzon, CEO of Pentera.“Recorded Future customers already understand which threats are relevant to them. (credit: Courtesy)Integrating into the new cybersecurity eraThe integration of both systems aims to align current cybersecurity systems with global regulations, including the EU’s Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and TIBER-EU.The company explained that these frameworks emphasize validating defenses against real adversary behavior rather than abstract vulnerability lists.“This integration with Pentera unlocks the next level. Automated validation helps determine whether those threats are exploitable in a given environment.
