Isaias weakens but flooding threat persists as hundreds of thousands grapple with power outages

Isaias made landfall in Destin, Florida, and left behind a trail of damaged rooftops, downed power lines and flooded roadways. It's no longer considered a hurricane. The storm was blamed on at least one death in Florida after a tree fell on a home.
