Huge leisure centre that feels more like a waterpark opens huge £10million upgrade with splash pad & inflatable course

TravelNews Travel THERE’S a leisure centre in the UK that has so many attractions, it feels more like a waterpark – and its just had a multi-million upgrade. The Super Slide and The Surf – multi-lane slides – have both had a makeover as well. The pool also operates a wave machine, with one visitor commenting that it “actually feels like you are in the sea”. Alternatively, you could get a family of four ticket for £40. The project forms part of a wider £10million project to upgrade the entire leisure complex. Other new features include interactive mini golf, which is already open, and replacing the soft play area, with a more modern soft play and cafe bar experience. Comment now
