Capt. Derf Jay Maquinta, spokesperson for the Zamboanga del Sur Police Provincial Office, said personnel of the Lakewood Municipal Police Station rushed to Purok 1 at around 4 p.m. on July 25 after receiving a report from a concerned citizen.
