Over the past several months, Toho has been releasing very short teasers of the highly anticipated movie, which is less than a month away from premiering at the New York Film Festival. Following that debut, Godzilla Minus Zero will then arrive in Japanese theaters on November 3 and North American theaters three days later. With the world premiere coming up, Toho is unveiling the official full-length trailer for Godzilla Minus Zero, teasing the major disasters the characters will suffer through as they come face to face with the iconic character. In the storyline, two years have passed since the events of the previous film, Godzilla Minus One, which saw former pilot Kōichi Shikishima defeating Godzilla, but the monster started regenerating, proving how difficult it is to truly vanquish. Behind the scenes, filmmaker Takashi Yamazaki returns as director and screenwriter following his successful stint with Godzilla Minus One, which grossed $113.9 million worldwide, earned a nearly perfect critic score of 99% and an audience score of 98% on Rotten Tomatoes, and won Best Visual Effects at the Oscars.
