Florida man’s raps about crimes lead police to find ‘witchcraft,’ goat sacrifice

His new song was a hit with law enforcement agencies, who raided his home, arrested him and charged him with several crimes.According to an arrest report obtained by Miami TV station WPLG, Lazaro Lesteiro-Diaz, whose rap name is Yunglazz Drakula, appeared in two livestreams, one on June 17 and another on July 6, rapping in Spanish. During the June livestream, he held a laptop and wore a headset.“I called you from a Bank of America number. I’ma boof a plot,” Lesteiro-Diaz, 26, said.The Miami Police Department said the lyrics meant he was going to scam someone out of their money by getting their bank code over the phone. In the July livestream, he allegedly showed the information of the victims he’d scammed and offered a live tutorial on how he did it.Miami police and the FBI raided his home, finding the gun, ammunition and baby bottles filled with ‘purple drank,’ the coded name for cough syrup also known as ‘lean.’ They also found a room dedicated to Santeria sacrifices and voodoo, two chickens with their heads cut off, and a live baby goat near the room, which was taken by a rescue organization.Lesteiro-Diaz was arrested and charged with armed drug possession, organized fraud, money laundering, identity theft, and animal cruelty with intent to injure or kill. He was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on July 23 and given a $30,000 bond, with the condition that he prove the bond money came from a legitimate source.
