Flock camera found knocked off its perch: Richmond Heights Police Blotter
Officers found a Flock camera lying in a grassy area in the northeast corner of the intersection at Chestnut Lane Sept. 11. It appeared that a vehicle had struck the pole that it had been mounted to, causing the camera to fall.
