According to the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), nearly one in five Canadian businesses is expected to undergo an ownership transition within the next five years, representing more than $300 billion in business revenue.The intensive program will take place in Montreal from October 27 to 30, 2026. Instructors include active transaction professionals, lawyers, tax specialists, investors, lenders and entrepreneurs who have completed acquisitions.Club M&A also announced the appointment of Marc Deegan as Program Director.
