The chairman expressed his appreciation to Dr. Salah, noting that her actions reflected the highest values of humanity and professional duty. He awarded her a complimentary EgyptAir ticket. Additionally, he honored the cabin crew for their efficient, professional handling of the emergency, which helped ensure the passenger’s safety until the flight landed safely. In a statement shared following the incident, the passenger noted that Dr. Salah stayed by his side for over two hours, providing critical medical care under highly challenging conditions with support from other doctors on board, the cabin crew, and the flight captain.
