AN EastEnders legend is set to leave Walford for eight months in a shock plot twist. Ian pleaded guilty and tonight’s episode sees him receive his sentencing. At the last minute, Jordan’s mum Chelsea Fox decides to go to court and issue a statement to help Ian, after confiding in Kim that she had shouted at Jordan moments before the accident occurred. However, she fails to arrive in time and the judge then sentences Ian to eight months in prison. He says: “You were over the limit, and your role as a local councillor should make you even more cautious about such things.” The decision leaves Ian devastated, and he will have to wait and see why Chelsea never made it to court.
