Jaws collectively dropped over the weekend when DeuxMoi casually posted an Instagram simply captioned, “Dakota Johnson and MGK spend the night together after private meet-up at Taylor Swift’s NYC apartment.”The photos in question? Dakota and MGK seemingly arriving to Taylor Swift’s place in a black SUV (see above). So...WHAT IS HAPPENING?According to TMZ, Dakota (who’s good friends with Taylor) and MGK (who’s a close friend of Travis’s) met at T&T’s wedding at Madison Square Garden back in July. Apparently they hit it off and decided to chill at Taylor’s Tribeca apartment this weekend, which is “empty because the singer is reportedly out of town.”Reminder that Dakota recently split up with Role Model, though last month a People source made sure to tell everyone they’d actually parted ways “a while ago.” Meanwhile, MGK was last linked to Megan Fox, whom he welcomed a child with in March of last year.For what it’s worth, Dakota and MGK haven’t confirmed they’re dating and it’s definitely possible for two people to be friends and hang out in Taylor’s apartment in New York City (normal) without being romantically involved.
