Last night, Brooklyn shared a photo of his wife, Nicola Peltz, on Instagram stories along with the caption: ‘Yeah, I am obsessed with my wife. Bring on the comments, I don’t care, she’s perfect xxx’. What prompted Brooklyn to share this message is unknown, but it’s speculated it might have had something to do with an earlier post the hot sauce salesman made. On Thursday, he posted a picture of himself and Nicola posing in a mirror. In the photo, Brooklyn could be seen giving Nicola a kiss on the cheek while she struck a pose with a big red bag. The eldest Beckham child captioned the photo: ‘My beautiful Nicola, you mean absolutely everything to me. ‘You’re my whole world, my best friend, and the most important person in my life. I’m so lucky I get to love you and spend forever by your side. I love you more than words could ever explain.’ This innocuous post from a husband to his wife, however, was met with some degree of cynicism. Several of Brooklyn’s followers called the post performative and insincere. ‘Why do we all need to see this?’ asked Beepot22. ‘Surely just txt her… or say it to her since she is by your side every day.’ ‘Just look at the photo,’ added Beckybevers. ‘Really look at it. Tells you everything that you need to know.’ While Julia wrote: ‘Blink twice if you need help, Brooklyn.’ The photo that Brooklyn shared on his stories (Picture: brooklynpeltzbeckham?Instagram) There were also the usual comments from Beckham family fans asking the cook to get in touch with his parents, David and Victoria Beckham. These comments have become commonplace whenever Brooklyn posts on social media after he revealed he had cut off contact with his immediate family. Brooklyn publicly revealed he was feuding with his family, after months of media speculation, in January 2026. Nicola and Brooklyn have been feuding with David and Victoria Beckham (Picture: Nicola Peltz Beckham / Instagram) He shared an explosive post on Instagram listing a litany of complaints about his parents, branding them controlling, and explaining he does not want a reconciliation with them. He also claimed that he and Nicola had issued a cease-and-desist letter because his parents kept on trying to initiate contact through social media. The seeds of the Beckham feud are believed to have been sown during Brooklyn and Nicola’s wedding, where the pair allege Victoria tried to hijack the couple’s first dance.
