Published Sep 3, 2026, 8:21 PM EDT Jennifer is a TV and Movie News Editor at ScreenRant. She started her journey in entertainment media in 2022 when she first joined Valnet at CBR before coming to ScreenRant. Jennifer loves TV, especially science fiction. She also loves late-night talk shows, due to her insomnia. Alien: Earth is definitely one of her favorite shows, and she jumps on any chance she gets to write about it. Even on her days off, she will claim an Alien Earth article if one is available. Jimmy Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon are two of her favorite late-night hosts, and Conan O'Brien before he left his show. Her Alien: Earth coverage for ScreenRant is by far the work that she is most proud of so far. She was initially a finance and political editor, but her passion for pop culture convinced her to transition into entertainment journalism. During her off time, she loves to binge-watch cooking shows such as Kitchen Nightmares. Jennifer also loves spending time with her daughter and cherishes every moment of it. Avengers: Doomsday and LEGO join forces. The Marvel Cinematic Universe is getting closer to its next massive crossover event, and LEGO is already offering fans a new way to bring some of Avengers: Doomsday’s biggest characters home this October. Ahead of the film’s theatrical debut later this year, LEGO has officially revealed a new BrickHeadz collection inspired by Marvel Studios’ highly anticipated superhero movie. The newly announced Avengers: Doomsday Heroes & Villain set (40880) brings together four characters from different corners of the Marvel universe. The 467-piece collection includes BrickHeadz versions of Gambit, Thor, The Thing, and Doctor Doom, giving fans something to hold them over before the MCU crossover's release in December. The LEGO set will cost $39.99 and be available on October 4, 2026. Each of the four Avengers: Doomsday characters features details that make their BrickHeadz counterpart immediately recognizable. Gambit comes armed with his iconic staff, while Thor carries Stormbreaker. The Thing has the same rocky appearance, and Doctor Doom is in his green cloak equipped with what appears to be energy blasters. Each figure also has its own display stand, making the collection well-suited for collectors who don't plan on incorporating them into another set. LEGO The BrickHeadz collection isn't the only Avengers: Doomsday LEGO merchandise on the way. The company has revealed additional sets inspired by the movie, including an Avengers: Doomsday Quinjet and a New Avengers Tower set. The Quinjet features Cyclops, Doctor Doom, The Thing, and Captain America minifigures, while New Avengers Tower includes Doctor Doom alongside Yelena, Red Guardian, Bucky Barnes, Human Torch, and Sentry. All shipping on October 4, the release gives LEGO and Marvel Studios plenty of time to build excitement before Avengers: Doomsday reaches theaters. The upcoming superhero film will be directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, who also helmed Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame. The movie will feature a star-studded ensemble cast that consists of Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Pedro Pascal, Paul Rudd, Anthony Mackie, Florence Pugh, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Wyatt Russell, Channing Tatum, Simu Liu, Ian McKellen, Hayley Atwell, Tom Hiddleston, James Marsden, and Patrick Stewart. Avengers: Doomsday will be released in theaters on December 18, 2026.
