The controversial influencer brothers now face a staggering 59 criminal charges between them. Among the allegations are rape, child pornography, extreme pornography, trafficking for sexual exploitation and sexual assault. The Crown Prosecution Service confirmed on Sunday it had authorised 38 new charges linked to four additional alleged victims from Britain. The total number of alleged victims in the case has now reached seven. Andrew has been hit with 32 fresh charges, while Tristan faces six more. The brothers are due before a a federal magistrate court in Miami today after spending the night behind bars. He branded the arrest “un-American and unconscionable”, claiming the UK Government “wants to bury them in a foreign prison for the rest of their lives”. The pair have previously denied any wrongdoing, with Mr McBride insisting they are “two innocent men”. Andrew has been charged with seven further counts of rape, three counts of arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation and three counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm. He also faces 19 additional offences relating to indecent images of a child and extreme pornography. Tristan has been charged with one count of sexual assault, two counts of rape and three counts of arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation. The CPS said the latest charges relate to alleged offences between July 2010 and August 2017. UK prosecutors are now seeking the brothers’ extradition from the US over both the original 21 charges and the bombshell new allegations. Malcolm McHaffie, Head of the Special Crime Division at the Crown Prosecution Service, said: “We have decided to prosecute Andrew and Tristan Tate for further offences including rape, arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation and offences relating to indecent images of a child. “These charging decisions followed receipt of a further file of evidence from Bedfordshire Police and bring the total number of alleged victims in this case to seven.” He added: “The CPS has requested the extradition of the Tates from the US. “They have been arrested and await extradition proceedings to the UK.” The pair have previously denied any wrongdoing Credit: EPA Tristan has been charged with one count of sexual assault, two counts of rape and three counts of arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation Credit: AFP Bedfordshire Police Assistant Chief Constable Karena Thomas said: “Officers from our major crime unit have been working closely alongside the Crown Prosecution Service and both national and international law enforcement agencies as part of this complex investigation. “We understand the interest that this case will generate, but we would urge the public not to speculate and to allow the legal process to be carried out correctly. “There is no place for male violence against women and girls, and we will continue to work tirelessly to support victims and investigate all reports made to us.” Mr McBride previously told The Associated Press: “We are confident that once a competent judge sees the facts, and once the Department of Justice confronts this egregious abuse of its own authority, Andrew and Tristan Tate will walk free. “America does not do Britain’s political dirty work.” The shock arrest came just hours before Andrew was due to co-host a bare-knuckle boxing event. Andrew, wearing an unbuttoned purple shirt, silver chains, sunglasses and cropped jeans, was handcuffed by US Marshals outside the James L Knight Centre. The Luton-born brothers are also facing separate legal proceedings in Romania, where they currently live. Last month, their bid to force prosecutors to reveal the identities of their alleged UK victims was thrown out by a High Court judge. Lawyer Matt Jury, of McCue Jury & Partners said: “Andrew Tate is now facing the real prospect of extradition to the UK after years of public campaigning by the four British women I represent. “They have spent years fighting for action to be taken, and I now urge the authorities to ensure this case proceeds as quickly as possible.” It also comes after Hertfordshire Police reopened a rape investigation into Andrew that was originally dropped after a four-year probe. Andrew and Tristan have consistently denied allegations of sexual misconduct. The former professional kickboxer dubbed the “king of toxic masculinity” on social media has amassed nearly 11 million followers on X. Andrew Tate has faced global backlash for a string of explosive comments about women, including claims that sexual assault victims should share responsibility for attacks.
