Walford has had its fair share or bent coppers over the years, but suspended detective Craig Ingram (Matthew James Bailey) just might be a contender for the worst of the worst. What started as a routine investigation soon becomes something far more sinister, when Craig seemed to take a particular interest in Amy. There was nothing noble about this decision. It was all about abusing power – and not for the first time. A potential obstacle to Craig’s predatory behaviour was Amy’s dad and fellow copper Jack Branning (Scott Maslen). When Jack discovered that he’d been texting his daughter, Craig managed to cover his tracks by blowing Amy’s secret – that she attacked Joel. Amy accuses Denise of shutting her out, sparking a heated row. However, she’s distracted after a devastated Craig loses his job, and quicky questions what happened.How will Craig get out of this one?
