MOROCCO star Ayoub El Kaabi was rushed to hospital after suffering a horrific broken leg. The striker was in action for Greek side Olympiacos in the match against Volos. It was revealed that he had suffered an horrific broken leg as he screamed in pain. Players from both teams ushered medical staff onto the pitch to help El Kaabi. The star was carried off on a stretcher and rushed to hospital for further checks. Reports in Greece have claimed he will undergo surgery today. The injury occurred just before half-time with Volos stopper Marios Siampanis shocked by the incident. He could be seen bursting into tears as El Kaabi recieved treatment.
