Woman charged with disorderly conduct after being found passed out in park: Bay Village police blotter
On Sept. 24, police received a report of an unresponsive woman in a private park. Police located the woman, who showed signs of a possible overdose. She regained consciousness and suspected narcotics were found during a search. She was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated and a felony drug charge.
