Woman arrested in 2014 killing of Northeast Philly man whose body was found in Schuylkill River
An arrest has been made in the 2014 killing of Vito Maglio, 69, whose body was found in the Schuylkill River several months after his disappearance. Melanie Morat, 30, was charged Wednesday with murder, robbery, arson, criminal conspiracy and firearms violations, authorities said.
