You’ve got to do it!" Will Best has promised his partner Tobi Rose that they will finally have some time to themselves when his time on Strictly Come Dancing comes to an end The presenter, 41, has been busy hosting Big Brother and competing on Strictly with professional partner Dianne Buswell‘The only thing she said is, “Promise me that once Strictly is over, we’ll have a good amount of time, just the three of us, family time.” So that’s what we’re both looking forward to.’Will has been balancing the punishing training schedule with his Big Brother commitments, meaning his days have been filled with rehearsals, live television and long journeys home to his young family. His Strictly partner Dianne is also navigating the competition as a new parent after welcoming her first child with partner Joe Sugg earlier this year. The pair said their babies had become a source of strength during the contest, with Dianne revealing that thinking about her son helped calm her nerves. She said: ‘We both have incredible partners back home who help us immensely to be able to do what we do.‘Personally for me, it gives me like an extra little boost, like, you know, on the moments where I do feel nervous or scared or whatever, I do, I genuinely do think of my little boy and it does make me feel so much better.’Will said he also pictures Tobi and Sonny watching him before every Saturday-night performance, adding: ‘I think it just reminds me that like, this competition is, it is supposed to be fun.'Like it is a competition, but it’s also, more importantly, like a fun entertainment show where we’re just trying to have a good time and entertain people.’The presenter said he has noticed the physical effect of the demanding rehearsals, saying his belt is now ‘a hole tighter.’He said: ‘The thing that I wasn’t really prepared for is, obviously, the physical side of dancing all day, running, running, running, especially doing sort of a jive or a quick step.‘You’re just sweating all day. But the brain power required. When I finish, that’s the bit of me that’s the most tired.’Best joked that he had been trying to replace the calories burned in training with snacks. He said: ‘I’m trying to eat more KitKats and stuff. I had two packs of crisps on the way home from Big Brother and a burger.’ The presenter revealed last month that he has become a dad, welcoming his first child with fiancée Tobi Rose He shared the news on Instagram as he posted a series of adorable hospital snaps of the newbornAnd with Strictly and Big Brother both dominating his schedule, Will was asked about the prospect of another major reality show taking over the month – with his former co-host AJ Odudu linked to I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!He said: ‘AJ is such an amazing person. People are gonna see how funny she is. They’re gonna see how kind she is.‘She’s the sort of person who will just get stuck into absolutely any situation and try and wring the most fun out of it.‘One of the most amazing things about AJ is how much she uplifts people around her. Like, she’s the reason I got Big Brother in the first place.‘She is one in a million, so people will hopefully see. I cannot wait. If it’s confirmed, that is.’Asked if she could win, he added: ‘If she’s going in, I think she can win, for sure.’Tonight, Best and Buswell performed a quickstep to This Love by Maroon 5.The pair gave it plenty of energy, as Motsi commented on his 'showmanship', however, Craig wasn't as enthusiastic as he noted there was a 'slight improvement on your last ballroom but little bit bouncy in the top half, but great energy and totally watchable'. Despite the pair having faced a wardrobe malfunction, with the pearls having fallen off Dianne's dress, the duo bagged a decent score of 29 points.
