"I just went to give them a glass of water. They had pinned down my boy. They threw him on the bed and grabbed him by the neck. They kicked and punched him in the stomach," NDTV quoted the mother as saying.The grieving mother said she had gone out to call the neighbours, but when she returned "they had finished my boy". Vinay passed away on the way to the hospital. "The two allegedly got into an argument after she refused. Soon after, Rekha left the house and called her two brothers and sister-in-law," a senior police officer said.Rekha, Raju, Vedprakash and Poonam were arrested after a case under sections 103(1) (murder) and 3(5) (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) was registered at the Nihal Vihar police station, police said.Investigators are examining CCTV footage and statements of neighbours and family members to establish the sequence of events.
