Trump is expected to unveil plans for the $15 billion plant in the Oval Office at 2 p.m. in Washington, D.C.The first such mega steel plant to be built since the 1960s, the new project could be online by 2030 and create 1,750 permanent jobs in Iowa, according to the administration.
