The reality star, 40, recently welcomed her fourth child with husband Spencer Matthews at the beginning of September and shared his name and a series of photos of the wee tot. Since then, both she and her hubby Spencer, 38, have been open about the highs and lows of family life with a new baby in the mix. On her most recent episode of My Therapist Ghosted Me, which she hosts with Celebrity Traitors star Joanne McNally, she addressed one piece of backlash she has seen from fans in social media comments. Explaining that she had been accused of ‘breaking maternity laws’ by taking her baby out and about so soon, she clapped back. ‘Someone left a comment on my and Amber’s pod, and they were like: “A mother should not be out with their baby at all from a month old” blah blah blah. Like going on this rant about there being a maternity law,’ she said. And then I was like: “Hang on a second, I’m quite clearly in my bedroom with the baby as well.” Anyway, I told her I agreed with her and that women should stay at home for at least one to two years with the baby after giving birth,’ Vogue iconically quipped. ‘She deleted the comment,’ she concluded. Vogue is correct that there is no legal restriction about when newborn babies can leave the home, with most advice sharing that parents should take them out when they feel comfortable and ready to do so. After Remy was born, there was lots of anticipation to find out the name after the parents backtracked on naming him Elvis following concern from friends and family over the bold choice. But with Vogue being a well-known Disney fan, many believed Remy was inspired by the famed rat in Ratatouille, something Vogue has now pushed back against. The mum-of-four has bounced right back to work since the birth (Picture: Ken McKay/ITV/Shutterstock) Talking on Heart radio about the choice, she said: ‘We liked the name Remy, it was on our list.’ She explained that she didn’t want lots of people to have the name, joking that ‘only old men in France are called Remy’, when the host quipped… ‘or rats’. Vogue then clarified she had actually forgotten about the Disney movie, although she acknowledged it was a ‘great movie’.
