Vigan City celebrates heritage, tourism week through the arts
VIGAN CITY, Ilocos Sur — Vigan celebrated its heritage, arts, and living traditions through a cultural and heritage exhibit held as part of the World Heritage Cities Solidarity and Cultural Celebration and Tourism Week 2026. Held at Balay Bigueño along Calle Crisologo, the exhibit featured artworks, traditional crafts, and other expressions of Vigan’s cultural identity.
