VICTORIA Beckham’s fashion and beauty brand has posted its first operating profit in 18 years. A new report shows the Spice Girl’s brand was £7.3million in the black last year after scoring double digit revenue growth for the fifth consecutive year. However, in recent years it has found its footing and a different market, moving away from hyper luxury to a more attainable model. Victoria has always been focused on building a legacy rather than making a quick buck and she reflected on the difficulties she’s faced as a business owner in a 2024 interview with Harper’s Bazaar. She said: “When I think about the past 17 years… I mean, there was a point when this brand was all fires, and every day we were putting them out.” The brand has outlined its strategy for further growth, with a New York store set to open and wholesale expansion across Europe, the United States and the Middle East in the works.
