Vicky Pattison’s husband Ercan faces hefty fine as he commits ‘criminal offence’ with new business

It is a criminal offence not to file accounts. A one month delay for a private limited company is punished by a £150 fine, while anything beyond that up to three months is hit with £375. Company directors can ultimately be hauled before the courts if they continue to fail to provide the accounts. Former construction site worker Ercan, 32, held a job in retail before striking out on his own to sell smart, stylish clothing. He writes on his site: “I decided to not only sell suits but create a brand. A brand with original designs and high- quality fabric that is available to everyone. “I wanted people to feel good when wearing my suits- but most importantly I wanted to make sure that it was affordable. I wanted to give men like me the chance to elevate themselves by having the opportunity to dress with style and elegance, at a reasonable price point.” The Sun has contacted Endrick Clothing for comment. Ercan and Vicky, 38, married in 2024 and opened the doors to their private life in the reality series Vicky Pattison: Maybe, Baby? which documented Vicky’s fertility struggles. The couple, who own dogs Max and Milo, admitted they’d been to sex therapy earlier this year. “People assume I’m quite wild, that I’m swinging from the chandeliers every night. But I’m very boring. I’m actually a bit of a prude,” she said. Comment now
