UPMC taps new CIO
Pittsburgh-based UPMC has named Chris Carmody its new CIO, effective Sept. 1, he confirmed to Becker’s. Mr. Carmody currently serves as UPMC’s chief technology officer. He will succeed Ed McCallister, senior vice president and CIO. Mr. Carmody has been with UPMC since 1998, according to his LinkedIn profile.
