Housing and Urban Development Secretary Scott Turner appeared to swat at Representative Anna Paulina Luna’s rear end on Wednesday as they crossed paths at the Republican Party’s midterm convention in Texas.As Turner left the stage, he was filmed swiping his arm down and backwards as Luna passed by.In the clip, Luna does not appear to visibly react to Turner’s movement and continues towards the microphone.
